North Texas Leads the Nation in the Real Estate Market

According to the Dallas Morning News, North Texas leads the nation in the real estate market. Frisco, McKinney and Allen are #1, 2 and 3 respectively and North Texas property values have averaged 10% growth over the last few years.

It does seem hard to imagine that the market in DFW is continuing its strong performance. To be honest, at Keller Williams, we have seen a slight shift in the market with listings taking a bit longer to sell and homes sitting on the market a bit longer than in the first half of 2017.

This is totally normal. The market almost always ebbs and flows throughout a year. As school started in the fall, and the holidays upcoming, we should expect some shifting of the market. To be clear, just because the market has slowed slightly, it does not mean it has come to a screeching halt. It is a more stable or healthy market where sellers and buyers aren’t feeling chaos. There are still many good options out there and there are still houses being sold every day.

If want to see some great home that are available in Frisco, take a look at this link. There are a wide variety of homes available that we would be happy to show you!

Please let me know if you need any help. I would love to help you find a new home in Frisco or anywhere else in the Metroplex. Please call me at 214-769-2947 if you need me. Thank you!
